What We Do

Platinum REIC provides a void in the market place by focusing in on the goal of making money in real estate.  Since real estate is extremely vast we rely on our seasoned Members to help guide the Club to the right opportunities given the market conditions.  

For example in a seller's market we will focus on new construction, conversions, rehabs, etc.  In a buyer's market we will focus on buy and hold and bulk sale purchases at steep discounts.  

Our strength comes from you the Members.  At the same time through our exclusive agreements with companies like Premiere Property Processing  we are able to do what no other company in the country is doing and provide actual live hands on training to members who wish to learn the short sale process and provide you with properties that have been thoroughly researched and negotiated with the lender.

You can't learn the business from a phone call or a book because unfortunately none of that will get you to execute a transaction REGARDLESS of what a sales rep will tell you.  You have to actually do a transaction with a person around you that actually knows what they are doing which is exactly what we do.

To be able to provide TRUE wholesale investment opportunities to everyone and not just a select few by actively doing the business and not just selling books and tapes.

What Makes Us the Best?:

Local Investment Clubs - Not all but 99% of all local investment clubs that you will ever go to are owned by a Realtor or broker that is trying to push new construction properties.  Unfortunately as many people have now learned you can't continue to build new construction on the tale end of a market.  

Countless of investors have lost their shirts due to new construction in Florida and Vegas just to name a couple yet at every event for the past one to four years clubs where pushing new constructions usually in the same location as long as there was more dirt around to build.

As amazing as it is case in point local real estate clubs even today are still pushing new construction in places such as Las Vegas that has a glut of condo inventory.

Bottom line most (not all) local clubs that are run managed or owned by Realtors or brokers are there to earn a commission.  Unfortunately investors are profit driven not commission driven so the from the beginning the relationship is doomed to failure.

Any Real Estate Education Company or Entity - These companies promise massive wealth and some require a massive investment.  Unfortunately after you've paid thousands of dollars to these companies they'll send you the most expensively packaged books and tapes to make themselves feel better about they've charged you and if you're lucky you'll get someone on the phone to support you.  

Usually these companies try to impress you by offering one on one coaching.  Unfortunately however 99% of the time if you were to ask your coach for at least 10 addresses of transactions that you could verify that your coach did himself or herself.... you'll find they wouldn't be able to do it.  

It would be easy enough to run title on a property to see if they did the deal unfortunately most of these "coaches" have never bought or sold a home in their entire life.  Yet the company requires you pay massive amount of money so they can pay someone an hourly rate to train you on something they themselves only read about.

What makes us best is simple we're not run by Realtors or brokers though we do have our own real estate company.  

And unlike those "education" companies our clients actually get to come and stay a whole week in our office and do the business with us with actual homeowners losing their homes.  You'll actually be involved in negotiating transactions with lenders with us if you so choose.  

Bottom line we're more interested in doing transactions in real estate then selling you a book or earning a commission.
